i bought his basic carbon fiber kit 2 months ago, but 5 pieces were excluded. i called him twice and e-mailed many times., but he kept giving me different stories such as the factory just went out of business, etc. in addition, his communication is very poor and slow.

i can only use 6 pieces because the rest fits like crap and won't cover the entire surface.
