Default multiple issue PLEASE HELP

Hi everyone, just recently joined the site. I had been creeping around the site to help fix some of the issue that had occur. As of right now I can't seem to find any resources to help my situation. So, first off its a 2000 Honda S2000 (i know its a mouth full) with 97000 miles, only MOD done is HKS test pipe and HKS cat back exhaust, those are the only mods that I'm aware of since I did bought the car not fulling running.

PROBLEMS
MULTIPLE MISSED FIRE (fixed replace coil packs with 02 rsx type s) thank you s2ki.com saved me a lot of money

SLOW CRANKING - battery is brand new, proper cranking amps, its slow crank twice then turn over, basically its like trying to start a dead battery but eventually it'll turn over, can't seem to the find the issue. PLEASE HELP!

CAR STALLING - Once the car has turned over, it'll idle fine when its cold and warm in neutral, but as soon as go you to put in 1st gear the rpm drops almost stalling the car, at same time it won't go into gear. Its even worst going into reverse, with the car turned off I can get in gear just fine but once its running, it wont go into gear and forcing it will only stall the car, unless I give it a couple rev then maybe it'll go into gear. I took the car around the block with the problem it was having, any time i would press the clutch the rpm wont catch and the car will just stall coming to a stop making it dangerous going around turns. PLEASE HELP!

Only solution I got is to remove the tranny and clutch to see if there is play with the flywheel ( i've heard of crankwalk and it scares me) hopefully its just a bad flywheel and clutch, also going to replace the tranny fluid with OEM acura fluid.

PLEASE GIVE ME YOUR OPINION ON THIS, ANYTHING IS MUCH APPRECIATED!

You can easily check for crank walk at the crank pulley. Use a flat head screw driver(insert it between the block and pulley)and GENTLY pry the crank pulley forward. And then try to push it in by hand.

Thank you for mentioning that, im almost done removing the tranny, just cant get to the two top bolts... The one on passenger side firewall and the one on the driver side tranny, not the starter one. The one going from the tranny into the block. Any suggestion on those.

There are a few threads on this site for DIY tranny removal. But I think the front subframe has to come down a few inches to finish the job.

Yeah i read the tranny removal procedures but doesnt go into details regarding to those major top bolt, ill go ahead and lower the sub frame a little and see if i can get to it. Would you happen to know anything regarding to why my S is stalling like in the description i stated?

Not sure, but hopefully Billman will post some insight. I've read him state before about slow cranking like that, and it could "possibly" be related to bottom end issues. Bearings or thrust washers, I can't remember.

Okay, yeah thats what heard too, worn out thrust bearing will cause slow crank and it also involved crankwalk, hopefully it isnt bad to where i would need to replace the bottom in.

Found the problem, it turned out to be crankwalk looking for a f20c block. If someone is willing to sell the entire motor for a reasonable price please let me know!
