Ok so I got a letter in the mail saying I needed to have this done..I call them up to find the price....300 bux....is it really worth it for the stuff they do? Could someone on here do the service for cheaper? I know I'm being cheap...but...300 bux isn't something i wanna throw away if sum1 says don't do it or sum1 could do it on here for cheaper....Sum1 let me know, I have it scheduled for 2morrow, so, sum1 fill me in :-). I appreciate it!

Sorry, didn't mean to end that last post.

If you have jack stands, then it is no problem. Wait for the pro's like Slow or ROLLINS to chime in. They have shown me it is not hard, and is much cheaper too!

As long as you do what it recommends, I think it will. Slow will have to clarify for me. I think the receipt of fluids purchased is all you really need, and the date you performed the maintenance.

It seems like this came up a while back and Chris said that his dealership only charges $120. I think I remember that right. Anyway, $300 is pretty expensive in my opinion.

Honestly, I wouldn't even pay $120. It's not that hard to change your diff fluid. The rest of that service is changing the air filter and checking for leaks.

Warranty will not be voided by doing maintenace yourself. If you forget or put the wrong fluid in it though your on your own. The 45k consists of suspension, brake, cooling system, and exhaust inspection. Top off all fluid levels. Oil change, Diff fl. change, air filter change (assuming your still stock), body lubrication, etc.

I can do it but you'd have to wait until october. Or, I may be able to work something out on a Sunday.
