They did turn out ok on the LBP car ... I'd be interested to see how the touch up paint looks with the frame on the Rio or NFR. I bet that would tie the black frame into the car color well too.

I picked up the 1/4 - 20 x 1/2" plastic panhead screws & capnuts at Lowes. I also replaced the hex screw that mounts the tag with a 6mm panhead screw so the frame would fit over the top of the tag better (don't forget some kind of spacer behind the top of the tag so the frame clips will latch on ... John's idea to use the water hose washer behind the tag top screws worked well for me too)
