Default Montgomery Meet(also ATL & Huntsville)

Who's up for an Oct. Mongomery meet? I finally met Bobby Sanders with the Spa & he wants to come & bring friends with a red S2k.

Let me know who's in & what dates that you can't make it.

Also, let me know where you want to meet.

Thanks!
Tom

Hello, is Montgomery dead?

Chris, if you & Sam can come I'll round up Linda, Bobby Sanders, his wife & two friends. That would give us eight people.

Can you think of anyone else? Michael (with his truck) or Voytec (spelling).

Thanks!
Tom

I'm not dead, But I've been taking a few days off work. I didn't see this thread until now. My better 1/2's birthday is the 12th, So any other day will work for me. I'll e-mail Vjarnot, he doesn't always check s2ki.

Thanks for the heads up. I've been away from here for a while (again...). I'm up for a meet in Oct.

I'll be going to Barber on the 10th (and possibly 9th) for the grand am and rolex series races (anyone else going?); but other days are pretty much available.

Keep me up to date Chris and I will get some owners from down here, I just met a new group from Destin (aboot 6 cars) so I should be able to get them to roll up for a meet.

Any day and anywhere is fine with me. I'll just keep checking back.

I ordered clear side markers before the trade and they came in after the trade. I kept them, so now they're on the S. I installed xenon hyper white bulbs behind the clear sides and they look great. I just ordered Honda's black chrome emblem kit which includes the front and rear H's and the S2000 logos from H and A.

Since I won't have a car payment for another month, I might treat myself to a OEM style carbon fiber hood. Eventually I will have my stock rims painted either gunmetal or gloss black. I'd like a silver ring left around the outside if I decide on gloss black though. I dunno, still in the thought process. If and when I get my hood, I could prally use some help. I'll post if I get one.

Later

If we'd like the guys from West FL to make it, I'd suggest a weekend date. Maybe the 16th?

If I'm not mistaken, The Rolex series is Daytona prototypes.

We don't have that many great roads around here. Michael can take us through Jasmine Hill & I know of one or two in Wetumpka, but there are just not a lot of activities around here for car nuts.

Of course we could make the 1.5 hour drive to Cheaha State Park. Great drives (mini dragon), great hikes & good food.

I've got two extra bedrooms (one double bed and one double air mat).

Let me know.

Tom
