I used the lift for the first time today. Removed and greased swaybar bushings and did an oil change. With the lift, it went really quick. I knew it'd be easier, I had no idea how much.

1. Pick a budget (be realistic)
2. Pick a house plan (budget at least $100 a square),
3. Find a builder. This is the tricky part. Finding a builder is like finding a mechanic you trust. The stakes are WAY higher. Go out and look at some homes being built and take down names. Ask around as well. You work in a big place.
