I really like Cognacs, but, there sooo expensive for one worthy of sipping. I still haven't found a scotch I'm in love with.
Woodford is a solid choice. If you can find a bottle, try Blade and Bow (from Builleit). I also like Rowans Creek (from Willett).

Will do! I have a Four Roses Single Barrel on order and I ordered a bottle of Hennessy XO at the trade show that will be in a few months that is going to wipe out by liquor funds! BTW, I'm managing a liquor store that I partnered in on. (Crimson Spirits) So, if theres anything special that you can't just walk into somewhere and buy (Hennessy XO for example) we can look into and probably get it for you!

Four Roses can be fabulous, but it has to come from the 'right' area of the rick house. Otherwise just meh.

I did the bourbon trail last year...

Is that your collection? How do you like the Blantons and Makers 46 and also how the Glenfiddich 15 compares to the 12 year?

The Glenfiddich was a gift (It is very nice) and I haven't had the 12.

I mainly drink Whiskey neat, but he 46 has a strong flavor, I usually drink it (and Larceny) on the rocks.

Blanton's (and Eagle Rare from Buffalo Trace was my go-to for a long time and it is consistently good. I prefer Blade and Bow.
