Default Trunk spring

Does anyone know where I can get some heavy duty trunk spring for the S? I'm installing an aftermarket spoiler - just realized that I need to replace the trunk spring as well. Will the trunk spring that came with the OEM spoiler be enough? what's the rating on it?

thanks!

Yes, the stock springs will be OK.

The springs that came with the OEM spoiler is the most "heavy-duty" spring you can buy. You'll be fine unless you are adding some Delta wing to your S2000.

The springs that came from a Mugen SS Rear wing are really strong too--it will lift the trunk completly open once you push the button. Mabey Kings might be able to supply them.

Honda must make them because when I purchased a 02 wing from them it came with heavier duty springs.
