Hey guys, there is an event in Payson on the 16th, so I moving the date back to the 23rd. Let me know if those of you that voted can still do the 23rd.
  • I am also planning on making this more of a picnic style event. We will meet in the morning at a Grocery store where you can buy food for lunch, and we will also stop in Payson for people to get food. We will then proceed to a nice scenic location and hangout and have lunch. Maybe go for a short hike or whatever. People will be encouraged to bring small coolers and camping chairs.
  • We will leave early in the morning so people have the option to skip the picnic and just hangout, and then head back to Payson for lunch...but I do not plan on coordinating and arranging a group lunch in Payson.
  • The drive back to Phx will also be a free for all. People can leave when they want, and take different routes home, which I will have directions for in the itinerary.
  • The goal is to only plan activities/events around the morning, and then open it up after a certain point and let people do what they want, and leave when they want. Some people may want to stay up North for the day, others will want to get home so they can still have half their Saturday to do whatever.
