Coffee Twalk
Evasive finally installs the new HKS supercharger and doesn't get very good numbers

EDIT: Maybe not as bad as it seems. They're using a Mustang dyno and KW 10psi kits put down 330hp there so relatively not too bad. Seems the HKS blower puts out that same power at 12.5psi.

Not surprised by the hks numbers. It's geared towards a different market. I can't see why someone in the us would buy that over SOS or a turbo kit especially with the price being high. Their other products are pretty similar in that they sound and look nice but don't provide huge power gains especially for the price.
Um the entire reason you are spending that money is to get more horsepower. Therefore if one kit makes more than another kit and does it for the same money or less why the hell would you buy the less efficient kit? That is like having the choice between 2 chicks one is average in the sack the other is amazing. Would you choose the average one?
Like I said if these kits work with Japan's restrictions then that's great or if they make it carb legal I can see cali people buying it. However if it were me and I could get more out of one kit or other other for similar money I am buying that one.

Huge thanks to Ivan for lending me his GoPros.

I got my car back from Elwood Body Works yesterday, and it looks pretty good. Still can't believe that truck/trailer hit it at the gas station though.
