anyone else experiencing that B-Spec has nothing more than fail in it???

I put a driver, in a fully tweaked out car, and he BARELY wins.

and by tweaked out I mean 1100 kg 860 hp monster. I personally raced and beat a zonda and a bugatti veyron with it, and this fool can barely finish the first race in first place??? All he does is ram the guy in front of him, instead of passing like i continuously demand he do. They need to fix the bugs on that so my guy can actually perform like a racer, and not a 3 year old. my son, 4, can drive better...

 

I hate the B-Spec racing, pretty boring if you ask me. I like driving Maybe I need to give it more time.

 

I had the driver in the S i have, and all he did was drift each turn and spin out 90% of the time. It was horrible, came in 10th place

 

I think matching the car to the skill level of the driver and track is best. For some reason on B spec my driver had a hard time in the EK Type R, so I put him in a less tuned car, and did much better, also knowing when to give the instructions to pass helps. Keeping a steady pace and finding the right time to up the pace make a difference.

it took me a few races to figure it out, but I got first place in a few races already.

I need some tips to make money faster... anyone?

 

I put my B-spec driver in a tweaked out Suzuka S and he kicks ass so far, I found out that it was the chasis and tires that made the difference and now he nearly laps some of the other cars. Lvling up the driver also plays a big part in it

 

My best driver is a lvl 5 now, but even when I tell him to pass on the straights, he doesn't, and he should be blowing doors off. Exact same race and I am lapping people. He can barely pull off a podium finish... lame!

I too tryed the EK type R first, and he was terrible in that too. so I tried to give him as much "opportunity" as possible, and now he barely gets it done. He was good in the 89 mugen motul civic though.

I don't understand B-Spec and the licenses at all. Like John said, this is a racing game for you to race, not sit around and watch a bad replay with 4 buttons which barely seem to make any difference. At least there was a fast forward in the last game And why am I being tested on licenses when I've already blown way past any of the rookie instructions you're supposed to be learning?

As for making money, I found doing the special stuff is the fastest/easiest way. I got all gold on the AMG academy (cake with the SLS) and it was in the 600k's (I think). Could still use more though....

I picked up a Gallardo for the one make race, souped it up a bit, and it seems slower than the other Gallardo's in that race. WTF. Does anyone know a tuning app?

^ if you push triangle when in photo mode, it lets you do effects...I think that's the "cold" mode.
