Protip: Use Google contacts (in Gmail) for your master address book.

It syncs with Android and iPhone flawlessly and will never get lost.

 

How do i do that?

NVM google-ing

 

Setup as "Exchange" account.

Then use the following:

Server: m.google.com
Domain: (nothing)
Username: useraccount
Password: password
Description: Dillon's GMail
Use SSL: On

Then choose to sync calendars, contacts, and mail.

Edit: On older iOS versions sometime server doesn't appear until you try to proceed with nothing in the domain first. Also this method is better then using the default "Gmail" button as it utilizes Push.
