Moving to Seattle
Listen guys I freaked out exactly the same and I couldn't even be with the car when they loaded it. My car was also lowered with wheels and a freshly painted cr front. It arrived with no issues at all. It got on the trailer fine and arrived fine. I know you will still be worried and some times crap happens but that's why there is insurance. If the car is stock there is no way it will be to low or to difficult for them to move around.
Do what I did, make the start procedure and operating the clutch sound difficult and convince the truck driver to allow you to load and unload your own car!! It was really nice driving my own car on and off the truck
to clarify, they put my car in an enclosed trailer, above my stuff, using some janky ass ramps. I think he used two sets of ramps to make one. the first set were simply 2x10 planks. the other were actual ramps like below. But just imagine watching you pride and joy being put in the top of a semi trailer.. .

There was no problem, the car was in perfect condition It was about 4-5 years ago but I think the cost was about 800-900 bucks.
Good Luck!
well, hopefully they have a lift instead of ramps, like my case was. My head about popped off when I saw their method of loading. I didn't want to be around when they unloaded it but was forced to be there and it was unloaded just fine. It's highly likely they have lifts on the trucks now. It was pretty bad safety hazard to use ramps. I'm sure they've improved their ways.
Hey Sean, sounds like you're really excited for the new career; awesome! Just wanted to say thank you for educating me last year and helping me along the way. Like you said, it's the people of the community that really make a difference.
Good luck on the move and I hope all goes well up there.
