The Atom has no warranty, it's sold as is since its a kit car.
From the conversations I have had with Mark about this and he says they are a small enough company that they are going to stand behind the product. The forums seem to be solid and not full of people complaining about problems.
People track these cars 100% of the time and put thousands of miles on them I'm not too worried. Worse case it's a Honda power train bolted to a go cart chassis
I'm sure we can figure it out.

I have a couple ideas of mods I want to do to mine once I get it back.
Funny thing happened yesterday, I'm out in Hawaii for work and running errands and I happened to see this parked outside Starbucks.
Didn't see the owner but I got pretty excited! It looked to be the older Atom with a GM motor.
