I will help plan something. Can someone share info about what Fun in the Sun was? What made it special? I see no reason why we can't put something together. Might not be as big seeing as we only have 2 months, but it would be worth it!

I was just referencing last years Prescott drive. We went in April of last year, and was thinking it is a good time to do another.

That's true, if we are going to go big we should plan for the fall.

We can do a spring run, and make plans for a BIG drive in the fall!

I agree. We can do something low key (20 to 40+) and do a prescott run, and then we can plan something HUGE for the fall, with raffles and make it a possible 2 day event or something with photo shoots and maybe even a dyno or something. We can hold our own little contest with trophies for "Most JDM" or "Most Stock" or whatever. We can plan the first part to be a nice point to point drive around the state, and the second day can be the raffle/drawing/dyno/trophy or whatever day. I think Sept. or Oct would be good. And it gives us, or whoever is going to put it together (I nominate Chris - God Father), plenty of time to do so. I think an estimated 30-40 bucks per person who wants to be a part of the festivities is a reasonable amount of money to scrounge up in the next 7+ months. We can even setup up a trust account or something to have the money placed with limitations as to when and by whom the money can be taken out, to keep those who are skeptical about handing over money to a person to hold onto in good faith. Just my thoughts, now back to studying and I will see you guys next monday with MY CAR

There will definitely be a run in the spring, I'm thinking either Prescott or Mt. Lemmon or somewhere down in Tucson.

As for fun in the sun, it's going to take that long to set up and get sponsors for raffles. I liked how the last event was done, and if we can follow that structure, I think we'll have a good time!

I'll talk to Chris this Wednesday and start setting something up
