Has anyone went to smog with a test pipe? I know they just plug into the ob2 port but its just a question.

 

LOL! Dude I past with my OBD2 turbo Integra back in the day. It was a completely illegal build with full 3" exhaust. All I had to do was pop in the stock ECU, drive 10mph to the place, and plug in the connector.

 

and this actually works? I have heard you need to drive a certain amount of miles on the stock ECU before it will give proper data to the place plugging in the OBD2.

 

or you could get k-pro and use the "set ready"... just clear the codes before you go and get the 02 sensor spacers, Ivan knows about these maybe

 

As long as the "REDINESS" (sp) monitors are reset and no check engine lights are on, you should have no issues passing emissions. It takes about 10-20 miles of driving to reset the rediness monitors on OBD2 cars.

 

Cool. Just wanted to know. Pretty much what I thought. AZ is easy compared to L.A. If you first don't pass the visual they tell you to kick rocks!
