Rebuild Progress
So just wanted to give a quick update on the progress from yesterday that Brandon, Vito and I were able to complete yesterday at SMC. Sorry for the lack of pictures more to come!
Paxton shipped me the correct blower 2nd time around, took some phone calls back and forth but they came through, I upgraded to the Novi 1200 Oil Fed.

I got a new Johnson Pump
8.5 Gallons a min!
I thought it was going to flow more coolant for the aftercooler but it ended up being the same one that I had, before we disconnected from power we turned it on and it was totally shot, my understanding is that is a neoprene shaft inside of it that wears out or breaks? Anyhow Vito did a great job getting the new one all wired up, luckily he came up with the idea of pulling the splash guard try out of the way instead of pulling the front bumper. I was dreading the idea of having to remove it because you only get so many times that you can do that till you have to start worrying about tabs breaking off.
We replaced the coolant in the aftercooler with some MOCOOL and distilled water, this should help keep the temps down a little more then before.
We installed new spark plugs: NKG heat range 8
My new injectors showed up last week: ID1000's. Guess I got shipped the wrong ones we think they are for a K series Honda thanks to some scribbling on the box. So we kept with the RC650's.

Changed all the fluids, Oil, Trans, and Diff.
Motul V300 10w40
Honda OEM Trans
Mobile 1 75-90 LS Diff
The 1986 Prelude also got some fresh oil and trans fluid, She has 184k on her now and going strong

Currently pending:
Waiting for the correct injectors to show up
Mess around with pulley sizes to find desired level of boost. (Thinking 10PSI)
Tune with the new setup
The power I had before felt great and I felt really reliable so if we make the same numbers as before I am happy, a little more well that would be a plus
Overall was a great day! Thanks again Brandon and Vito and I hope to see you all soon back out at the local meets.
