Stick em in the oven!!!
Just unbolt everything on the back of the lights, all the rubber and metal pieces. Then bake in the oven(250-300) and keep checking on them until you can pry them apart. After you install the diffusers, you may want to stick the two halves of the headlight in the oven to warm them up so you can stick them back together. You may want to have a tube of silicon(black) and lay a new bead down to be sure they will be sealed tightly. Never did S2k headlights, but did numerous Subaru lights.

I was telling you about the heat gun version which i like better. It really is pretty straight forward. Just make sure you have them heated nicely when putting them back together, if you want to be extra sure go and buy some more black silicon. PM me your number, im off today just woke up lol so let me check my to do list. If im not too busy ill stop by and help...

Its not a big deal. I have honestly done 4 sets of lights, and never had a single problem. Just keep an eye on them, and periodically check them to see if they are warm enough to split in half.
