Just bit the bullet and traded the S in for a 2006 M3. The deal was just too sweet to pass up, so now the S is gone and there is a shiny M3 in my garage.
I did not get to strip parts off, but I really didn't want to hassle with all that. I do have a few things lying around:
Fiberglass sub box that fits in the trunk tire well. Has a 12" pioneer sub in it. $200.
Stock AP1 diff. Entire pumpkin with 4.10. 58K miles, worked great when I swapped in the 457 Comptech diff. $500
00 Transmission. This was the original tranny with the car, when I bought the JDM motor, it came with a tranny. $500.
JDM front bumper red badge, unused. $20
S2000 visor stickers (cover the airbag stickers) unused $20
I have the blown motor still, would be a great base for built motor project. I dont know exactly what is damaged, but you are welcome to come inspect it. The car still could be driven with the motor but had low compression. included are all the misc parts (intake manifold, header, etc etc). Pick and pull if you wish. All the AC/alternator/ etc are available. Make offers for any/all of it.
Ok Ok, I was going to wait until I could go to a sexy location to snap some shots, but I took these in my garage:
I love it. Talk about a complete automobile. It has everything you need, performance, comfort, performance, back seat, performance, trunk, and decent gas mileage, although I have been averaging 15.1 mpg since I got it
