Default Side Mirror removal

For those that have taken off the side mirrors, does it require you to take off not only the door panel but also the metal part of the door as well ?

Thanks,

not really.. when i put my arp mirrors on i just took off the door panel and removed the speaker too. then i had to maneuver my arm up threw there to undo all three bolts. i dont know if that is the easy way or the hard way but thats how i did it.

We did mine just like JP stated.

You need to sucker your boney friends or any Asian buddies you have to do it. I had two of the tucson crew members do it with smaller arms than me. I was also cooking so this was easy to sucker them into.

If you have a 3/8" rachet, 10mm socket, 12" extension, and u-joint - it should be less than 3 minutes per side including the door panel
