I drove around in NY for 3 years with Utah plates and a TX liscense, wasnt ever an issue, and I got pulled over more than a few times.

Also, you are gonna wait as long as possible before switching over to NY insurance. Insurance costs there are insane!

Yeah I know I was just kidding. I remember when I went to visit my cousin in Phillie and we went to NY she said NEVER walk thru the parks at night. And btw we were staying in Harlem because thats where her apt was. At the moment she was going to Columbia University.
