Considering a tech day at my place sometime soon if anyones interested.
It would probbably be Sunday March 2nd.
I need to install an upper control arm, lower control arm, and rear axle, I also figured while the cars down I would bust out the dremel and paint the calipers, so if anyone else wants to get some stuff done lets figure out the details..
I live in anthem behind the outlet malls (20 minutes north of the 101 off of the I17)
Painting calipers? Don't even trust the caliper paint kits out there. I've even tried 1200 degree engine paint... Been there, done that. Take my advice, smooth off the rough edges of the calipers with your Dremel grinding tool, get those bitches media blasted and do powdercoating if you demand color. Paint will look like shit after a few spirited drives. I just replaced all my calipers and swore that I'd leave them bare from now on. (My caliper pins wore out... not a paint issue.)
If someone can get scales, then I'll be willing to help with any costs and be there to help others with coilover ride height setup and balance.
Word.

you could leave anthem by getting on the I17 for less than 3 miles get off on carefree highway and take that down to cave creek.

I'd be down for a tech day. I painted my calipers about 5 years ago with hi temp brake caliper paint and while it looked good for a year or so it now looks like poopie. I've also been looking to roll my fenders too.

you could go up to the new river road exit, and then take that all the way through the mountains to cave creek...
