I'd be down for a tech day. I painted my calipers about 5 years ago with hi temp brake caliper paint and while it looked good for a year or so it now looks like poopie. I've also been looking to roll my fenders too.
I bet it would hold better powder coated as opposed to spray.

I'm sure it would, but it was kind of a spur of the moment thing. Plus I didn't have a spare set of calipers to swap on while the others get sent out to powdercoat.

hi guys --

I saw you talking about caliper paint. We now stock the G2 caliper paint kit. These are by far the best for ease of application and durability. They look like an epoxy powdercoated finish - and you can do it on the car!

take care,
-- Chris

Oh yea you are right. Not having the extra set would cause a problem unless you had an extra car. This would be problematic for me as well. The good thing about the paint i assume is that you could touch it up yourself

bullshit.
Caliper paint is NOT the way to go.
It might look fly for a bit, but it will look like shit after a while.
If you want color on the calipers for the stock street, then get get 'em powdercoated.
You want to look dumb-ass cheap ricer, then go with the paint kits.
Best look for the stock calipers is stock clean.
