Hey was looking through the upcoming events...didn't see any tech days. I'm just wondering if there is any interest for one, I remember back in Dec there was, unless you guys already did it. I'm interested

I am still up for hosting if there isnt a better location. I need to talk to Wlaurant about my alarm system/keyless entry. I heard he makes a good one and will help install it at a tech day.

 

cool...and ya I think it was you kinetica who I was talking about in the Dec interest. And since I'm all the way up in Prescott and live in an apartment right now I'm probably not the best person to host this. But who ever is up for it...

I guess we just wait and see how many of the other AZ people are interested and then pick a date.

Just checked my schedule and the only weekend day I have open that I could host a tech day is Feb 5, super bowl sunday. I am not against hosting in the morning, but I doubt there will be a good turnout. The next weekend I am free that doesnt conflict with another drive is March 18-19.

I amy have Feb 25-26 open up depending if my buddy from Cali comes out or not.

 

Not to steal Kinetica's thunder, but I'd be up for hosting one. What I lack in tools I more than make up for it in garage space. My schedule is pretty flexible too.

 

To the OP - per the 2006 event schedule thread tech days are on your own, except Flagstaff in July and maybe another Earnhardt Tech day around the last part of the year (TBD).

We used to do them more often, but found out quickly we have good turnout ONLY when we have them six months apart, as Kinetica found out in January. Posting for a tech day one month after the previous one doesn't yield good results and isn't worth the effort when you are including food around it too.

 

Well...I guess we just have to see. The super bowl really doesn't matter to me. Who is in it anyway?

I have some tools I can bring, not extensive...but enough to get me through all the mods I have.

ohh and my mugen T-stat and Hondata gasket are not installed yet...I'm being lazy, and hoping for a tech day. But I think I'm going to have Cesar do a coolant flush anyway, I'm due for it.
