Anyone in Arizona have their house treated for termites in the last few years? I just discovered a problem in my garage and need to get it taken car of asap. I have Orkin come out and do an inspection but they wanted $1800 to do the treatment w/ a 1 year warranty........screw that. Must people i've asked have said anywhere from $300 to $800. Anyone have an advise or experience?

 

expect to pay a bit... and there are only 2 types of houses, those that have termites and those that are gonna get termites... the even get to drill your walls and make a huge mess... enjoy

 

I had some smalls signs of termites a year ago and had Terminex come for an estimate. They wanted $2100 with a 3-5 yr warranty. I went to the DIY pest control store on Oracle, spent $150 on supplies and did the whole treatment in 1 day. No more termites!

 

I didn't even know termites existed in this heat lol
