Thumbs up For those with FlipVideo cameras...

I got one of those $49 Walmart 30min Flip Video cameras not too long ago.

I stopped at Best Buy and saw some weird octopus looking bendy mount with 3 of 4 "legs", and then saw a few suction cup mounts.

I figured the suction cup mount would work fine either on the wind deflector between the seats, or attached to the inside of the windshield.

(the suction cup is too large to fit on the wind deflector)

Well, it doesn't really stay on the windshield no matter where I put it. I guess thats what I get for expecting a $17 mount to work.

So what (besides duct tape) will work for a camera mount for use while driving?

^^ That is a nice mount!! You should go that route Cody, since you don't want to drill a hole. I still prefer mine with the quick release but I did drill 1/4" hole through my secret compartment lid. You could probably remove the windscreen and use one of the existing holes but that is probably more hassle than you are looking for.
