Do they send a process server from AZ to my door and serve me, or probably call Texas and send someone to serve me? I live in Houston, Texas btw.

If youre out of state they wont send anyone. Hell if youre out of county they might not even send one.

 

those speed cameras are only set up for the state to make extra revenue since they are so in debt. Its run by a private contractor so there is no use in paying for them when it isn't even run by the police.

Most of the time they don't even send process servers in town here, so they will NOT send one out of state. That program has issued over 700,000 tix and only about 50,000 have been paid. Toss 'em out!

 

Ive gotten flashed by those things a few times.

I live about an hour north of the cameras, but still in AZ. Never get anything about them.

Maybe its because my offroad Lexus looks very similar to that desert tours Suburban that shot up a camera truck...?
