VAFC Install

I have the VAFC and the frog harness. I was looking at the ecu and trying to figure out the best way to remove the clips from the ECU, is there an easy way to do it? I really don't want to be rough in that area.

Honestly, I just manhandled it and haven't any problems.

Use your hands it's very hard to break them I've hooked mine up last night easily.
