Hyndai Equus - not available in North America hence manufacturer plates. Maybe that's Hyundai's weird attempt at covering up the car? Or they are testing it out for possible racing venues.

Speaking of a stolen start button. Watch this video with about 5:20 remaining... The fastest production car on the planet uses a S2k start button. Neat
