my girlfriend's parents live in vilonia about 100 yards from where a tornado leveled a subdivision. 8 bodies missing. i don't believe my gf's parents got hit with the tornado but 80mph straight-line winds, that's another story. peeled their car port over on top of the double wide. car port cut into their roof, and got torn completely off. 1/2 of their house is totaled. sucked out windows, doors, etc. the most incredible thing i saw in their yard was 2 HUGE oak trees (minimum 1 1/2 foot diameter) just ripped out of the ground and laid on their side. up over the ridge they live 100 yards from....straight leveled... very VERY lucky.

Wow extremely lucky. I live in Sherwood (was stuck in the Dallas airport last night until 3am) and was told that a tornado hit the North Little Rock airport and headed North. The airport is less than 1/4 mile from me too.
Good luck everyone tonight. It's supposed to be another bad one.

Glad to hear everyone on here is ok! My condolences go out to the families that were hurt in this disaster. We got some heavy rain last night in El Dorado, but that was it!
