We have talked about doing a BBQ meet in Sept. I am fine with the idea. In fact, we could have it at my house. I would want a solid head count and would prefer an early evening meet. Maybe we could meet and plan for the road trips or whatever. Spouses, girlfriends welcome........let me know.

I live in SE Shreveport at Southern Trace. We need to firm up a date, make sure Anthony is onboard, and get an accurate head count. I figure we can have a nice evening and plan for future activities. When its a go, I'm PM everyone with directions to my house.

Looks like Sept 9th is gonna be good. That will get Anthony time to get settled in and still give us time to plan for a road trip later if we want. It looks like we will have enough ppl so I'll prob smoke a brisket, ribs, and some sausage. Let me know if this is a good date.
