Default Dragon Withdrawals

Listen up guys,

I've got it bad. I'm having serious withdrawals from US 129, otherwise known as The Tail of the Dragon. Wake the Dragon 2008 was one of the best experiences of my life! I've been dying to go back, but the next S2K event at the dragon (Dragon Ball Run 2008) isn't until September! I've decided that I just can't wait that long for another dose of the dragon.... SOOOO I'm playing with the idea of doing a summer trip. I'm talking it over with a few friends of mine and I'm working out all the details. Here is what I know so far:

- It's going down some time this summer.
- It will NOT be an S2000 exclusive trip. We just don't have enough participation from our area to make that happen, so I must recruit from other communities... Might even be with a bike crew.
- We'll try to keep the cost down by bringing food which can be cooked in the cabins. We'll also try to book multi-room cabins so we can accommodate more people for less $$$. This trip can be done on the cheap if it is planned right.
- I'm going come hell or high water.. with or without yall.
- I guarantee anyone who goes will have the time of their life.
- If anyone needs further convincing, just ask someone who has been.

Anyone care to surprise me and claim to be even slightly interested?

Haha... I know deep down Francis really wants to go.

Paul, we'll need a photographer. Interested? The photo opportunities are amazing! The area around the dragon is a great place to hone your skills... waterfalls, cliffs, mountains.. and beautiful cars as far as the eye can see. A photographers dream!

This place makes Red Bluff look like the drive through at Wendy's!

Plastic? That's fine... but you have to swipe it on his a$$. Haha!

It would be a really cool experience for Paul to meet Killboy. He is the local photographer who snaps pics of Dragon slayers for a living. Paul would drool over killboy's photography equipment...

Talk to Mike from Mississippi.. he actually held a convo with Killboy.

I'd love to go but a trip to Delaware is going to eat up all the vacation I can spare before DBR08.
