Got some new parts for my beater....
I don't think she is gonna be ready for the Ft Worth event but I'm trying to get her in decent enough shape for the opening Auto-x event on March 4th. If anyone needs a pitcrew member to tag along for the Ft woth event let me know.
I just got this stuff today, hopfully the rest will be here Monday.
Brembo Cross drilled and slotted rotors from Fastbrakes.com
SS lines
ARP extended wheel studs
larger EX master cylinder
I also put a new valve cover gastket(old one was leaking) on today and took out some unnesessary interior pieces.
Still waiting on:
Hawk brake pads
Koni Yellows
Neuspeed Race springs
PasswordJDM 3 point front strut bar
Odyssey 11lb Battery
Megan C-pillar tie bar
Megan rear lower tie bar
Megan lower control arms
14" Rt615 Azenis waiting to be mounted as well
The car looks like ass and has only 70HP but it weighs a mere 1900lbs and after these few mods it should do pretty decent on an auto-x course. I think I need a little more power from a motor swap to have fun on an actual road course, so as soon as this stocker lets go the fun will begin.

it's an 89 Civc hatch that looks like boo boo. I'm trying to to get it up to par performance wise for now, learn a few things and worry about looks later. I've got my truck if I want to ride in something nice. This is just my work beater/auto-x project car. It's cool cause parts are cheap and I can learn/do the work myself without worrying about screwing up a 30k car. Nothing compares to the fun of cruising on a winding road with the top down in the old S though.

more stuff here, more on the way, after tearing the entire suspension apart I figure I would replace just about everything. Sucked tonight when I went to put my konis together and found there were no bump stops in the shocks that were on the car. So now I gotta wait on those from honda along with my upper control arms, outer tie rods and lower ball joints, + various nuts. Been running into problems but I'm sticking with it. Maybe I'll have it all back together someday. Car is on jack stands and will be for the next couple weeks most likely, hopefully neighbors wont call the cops on me again.

Nice Brad, keep up the good work on that thing persistance pays off! Yeah man if I had a beater I wouldn't worry about the looks of the car if it's just going to be your track queen.
