It all depends on how much $ your willing to throw down my friend! For me I always have to have the best thats why I would have to go with the Full-Race kit its the most expensive but puts down the most HP #'s the kit alone is $6000 and you will still need injectors, EMS, and a battery relocation. Don't forget the $ to install and tune so your looking at least $10,000 for the full-race kit but of course you got to pay to play! If your looking for dependability go with a S/C you can just bolt on and go theres really no tuning at all but your not going to throw down the HP gains you would be able to with a turbo.

I had the UR gen1 turbo kit and I had my bottom end built. Now I have upgraded valves, springs, and retainers and the new LoveFab Gt1 with gt35r. Be prepared to spend a lot of money.

Its all about how much you wanna spend, i went with turbo and spent way more than i thought i would, but its very enjoyable when it works superchargers just seem to be much more reliable.

Yeah, from my experience turbos seem to have little quirks that pop up. Not to say that supercharging is a breeze either. If you're smart, get it tuned also because some S2000's run dangerously lean on what Vortech or Comptech gives you.
The SC belts also need to be maintained for proper tightness. But overall... turbo for more enjoyment over the entire powerband and supercharger to keep the stock S's linear power curve but with much more power up top (6000-9000rpm).
