Hey guys.. i've been dreaming about S2ks for a while now and i now have a chance to get one for my own... i'm having trouble finding one in this area with my criterea...

i need to find one thats between 2004-2007, with less than 100,000 miles and around 18k.... i'll be more than willing to drive to Dallas or where ever (some where close) to buy one...

You might check Ebay as well. As always be careful, but a friend of mine bought his Vette from there and had a great experience.

An AP2 for 18k is going to be difficult to find. Especially locally. Check the for sale forum daily. If you do find an AP2 for 18k, be careful before you buy it. Make sure everything is ok on it.

And like Collin said, come hang out with us some time. Get to know the car a little better, and hang out with some people that have the same love for the car that you do

Hey thanks guys, i stay here in shreveport,la.. and i will be sure to check out the 'for sale' forums on this site... and i LOVE driving S2000's. One of my managers at circuit city had one, before he traded it for a WRX STi, and we would ride around in it and do a few donuts lol... i'll be sure to come out next time you guys have a meet.

Finding an AP2 for that will be very very hard. I'm in your shoes right now. If you dont mind a salvaged title you can. lol Welcome to the site.

 

18k for an '04 or newer is a tall order. Ebay has several listed with under 30k miles for a buy it now of 21-22k. That is a 3k difference, but considering the car and the mileage, you might have an easier time getting that financed.

If you are shelling the $$$ for this out of pocket yourself you might have to save up a little bit more unless you want to try getting a loan for that extra 3-4k.

Honestly, I have an '02 with 53,000 miles on it. It is completely stock except for the stereo. I wouldn't even consider less than 20k for it. I know it is not worth that, but it is worth more than that to me.

I'll keep looking for you guys though. Keep us posted on what you find.
