I want to start running again... Not to lose weight or anything, but to stay in shape... I used to run 2-3 times a week, as a result lost like 20 pounds unintentially...I used to weight 185 a year ago, and now down to 165 where my normal weight is. Anyway, enough about the chopper craig weight loss plan.

 

How far did you run? I love to run, wish I had more time now. I do a sport called Orienteering which is a cross country run through the woods with only a map and compass looking for "check points" and the fastest time wins. I used to train every day. I have got to go to Sweden, Scotland, The Czech Republic, and The Slavaic Republic to compete Plus it kept me 165lb since I have been 12
