I would post this in my thread about wheels but feel like it would be more or less useless rambling so it fits better in here. So if youve read that thread you know im lookin for wheels, but I have like 7 months to find em so no rush. I spent a shit ton of time today going thru threads on wheels, looked at all 84 pages of Berlina cars and here are my realizations:

- I am kicking myself for not jumping on those polished AP2V1s faster
- I think I actually do prefer the AP2V2s over the V1s (But I still like those polished ones more)
- Volk RE30s are really nice and I wish I could find them for 1500 with tires....
- I'm surprised there aren't more Berlinas with white wheels
- People spend way more than I could bring myself to spend on wheels
- I have spent way way way too much time on here recently, luckly I am getting put back to work tomorrow haha

And in conclusion if ya know anyone locally selling wheels in the next 7 months hit me up!

Volk RE30s! The best choice so far IMO!

IF your wanting AP2v1 rims in white. You might be in luck. Guy local here in Shreveport has some that he may be selling soon when he buys new rims. He wants something with a more agressive stance. The rims look uber good and I agree would look awesome on a black car. Ill see if I can find a picture here sir.

I have been sort of thinking of the OZ Alleggerita wheels that are on tirerack. I also considered some Work CR kai wheels. Only issue would be the OZ wheels are about $1200 total for new, and the work wheels would be $1400 total for new.... so with tires you would be looking at more around $2000.

def something that could be a costly investment. I would look at it as long term as well though as it is an exterior mod that sticks out unlike most!

yeah, and the way i am justifing it is to say that now i would have the OEM wheels as backups, so if I move back up north I can put all seasons or winter tires onto the OEM wheels and summers onto the new wheels.

I have heard good things about both the OZ and Work. The OZs are lighter (~15 lbs), but I think I visually like the design of the Work wheels a little better.... not sure, not gonna buy anything till I get some college money back anyway.
