Default Saturday Drive - March 7th

Will be taking a drive this Saturday to the North Shore. BamaDave is driving over from Mobile, AL.
I will leave promptly at 8am from Target parking lot in Clearview Mall.
The plan is to head over to Covington and drive some twisty roads around Bush, LA. Cross over Bogue Chitto River, then to Talisheek and then have lunch in Abita Springs.
Return route through Slidell and back to Metairie.
The Route is poste here: http://binged.it/1BSI93Q

Here is a map link; Junction of Hwy 21 and 40W near Bush; West on Hwy 40 to junction of Hwy 1083 - About 5 miles.

It was a gorgeous day for a drive. BamaDave and I left as planned. Traffic was minimal and tops down. Isabel Road has about 1 mile of gravel that we drove at 20mph.
Did a tour of Abita Brewery that was fun and well worth it. Ate at Abita Pub in Abita Springs. Drove the morning route backwards for the hell of it. Back in Metairie by 2pm.
