I honestly think if we all went up there and made a "fuss" over it they would do something. We have atleast 5 people who have bought from them. They will listen. Plus, if it says any vertical surface and about 4" then there is no way they should not replace it! I'm getting mad just thinking about it! I know you must be so upset!!

I told him to be level headed when he went up there as they would be more apt to help. Be patient C you might not get your answer there but remember Honda of America will be the one that ultimately makes the decision as to wether or not they fix it.

Not necessarily. It might be an aftermarket service contract provider by a third-party warranty company. I asked him to fax me a copy of the Certified Plus warranty. Regardless of what any of the saleman or F&I people have said, if the dent/ding clearly falls under the contract coverage provisions, then it should be covered. Period. If the company refuses to cover it, I would seriously consider filing a complaint with the Louisiana Department of Insurance and maybe even with your local BBB.

I agree. We don't need to be rude! Maybe if they don't we could ALL go up there and be level headed
