Dang man! That sucks! Got meds?

I ran a 10 mile trail run today. Winning time was 69min. I was 84min and 10th place. Felt pretty good, but really sore now. I took a nasty spill the last 1/8th mile and two people passed me One beat me by 10 seconds, and the other by 3 But, my goal was 85 min and I beat that, and did not stop at any of the aid stations, so I'm happy

What's up homeskilletz? Just checking in and seeing how things are with everyone. Well 2 months down and 10 more to go. Things are still going good on my end I can't complain I got a roof over my head, food, and all my body parts still attached. I've been putting in a lot of work at the gym getting my swole on. Been putting in a lot of work outside the wire as well. Keep the prayers coming guys it's obviously working! I miss you all~Ant
