So the old elastic straps were worn, and hanging by a thread when I noticed that things sounded a little more windy than usual in the cabin. I finally found the source this morning on the way in to work. Directly on top of the middle cross member is a small cut that I assume is the result of the top folding improperly. The funny thing is that I just ordered new straps from Modifry last night!

On top of all of that, I noticed someone stole my damn antenna when I got home today! WTF?!

So, i'll either be replacing the soft top (for the 2nd time), or shopping for a hardtop and removing the damn soft top for good. Anyway, i'll be in the market for one or the other sooner then later!

Bummer Hopefully it holds on a little longer until you can replace the soft top! I super glued my antenna in place so if anyone tries to take it off, they'll have a pretty hard time!

 

Go ahead and buy you a hardtop gut the soft top and roll with it breh!!

This is what i would like to do, but id have to find one priced right.
Of course for the price of a ht, i could purchase that "beater" ive been wanting for a dd for so long too. I may go for a patch for a while until i decide which route to go.
