Im getting a new bumper to replace my broken one.

Which would be better to buy?

I found a bumper for $50 bucks that that needs to be repainted. Theres no cracks just a few scratches. The top Tabs are fine but the bottom ones are all broken. Can i just drill new holes for the bottom tabs?

Or a bumper that has been refurbished for 265 shipped. All the tabs are fine, and the bumper and primed to be painted?

are you looking for an oem bumper? ap1 or ap2? i have a ap1 that needs a repaint and maybe minor touch ups you are welcome to have
