Default Help translating instructions please!

Can someone please translate these?

Usually they are self-explanatory but I really have no idea what's going on in the last two images.

Would be nice to know all the notes about this to do it correctly.

Thank you!

Now maybe I'm wrong...

From left to right top to bottom:

If you adjust this doohickey just right, your car will float

Now because wheels aren't very efficient at flight you simply remove the wheels, and this bolt, then replace with a flux capacitor, and replace the bolt

The end results being the black part of the bar graph at the bottom

Yay!

Good luck with the translation my friend

Rough translation...

5) If the collar is too-large and doesn't fit then the outside of the collar needs to be ground-down with a 'belt-sander'.
6) If the hole in the upper sub-frame appears too narrow, ensure the position of the collar is correct and ensure there is no weld-splatter interfering with the fit. If weld splatter is present, grind down with hand grinding tool(e.g. Leutor) as shown.

Does that make sense?
