Default Translation Help Requested

I have recently fitted Mugen NZ Coilovers to my S2000, but have no idea what the following pages mean

I don't want to miss anything out

If anyone could help me out and translate it to English, that would be great

I've never setup coilovers before, and there may be some useful information that I'm unable to read. They're all fitted, and I'm able to adjust ride height however

Any help would be great
