Default Anyone cycle?

Hey guys, I'm into cycling at the moment.

Just got a new road bike. Giant alloy frame frame, with Aero carbon front forks, Aero carbon seat, Shimano 105 gears, and Flight Deck computer, with Tri bars, beautiful bike, so light!

Anyone else here ride?

BTW I managed to drive roof down from work with it half hanging out the roof hahaha.

I do a lot of spin classes at the gym. That's all the cycling I do these days.

I've been hit by a car door before on my road bike so I don't ride on the road anymore.

I drive a Wilier Triestina with Campag Record. When I hit Sydney- and get my bike down (which will be another 4 weeks away)- you can school me up on where to ride.

I'm about to start cycling to work. It's about 4k each way and I'm not sure if my old 21speed mountain bike would do. I think it'll have to to begin with.

You could push the mountain bike to work and still be there in 25 minutes - heck, you could even put it on your back and carry it and still get there in under half an hour.

I'm actually planning on riding to the gym training for an hour and then riding to work which would probably make it 2.5k+gym+2.5k only problem is that the gym doesn't open till 6am and I train for about 1hr then I need to shower and ride 2.5k and still be at work closish to 7am.

I don't suppose fitness first would give me a key
