Damn this back... It's awful!! Normally I can just flex my tummy muscles and it relieves the pressure. But at the moment it makes it worse :\... seriously considering going home now.

Will I make it through the day? Anyone want to take bets?

LOL! Your sounding a bit home-girl there babe!

I found a very temporary cure for the sinus headache I have. Spicy food! But now I'm no longer eating it's come back... grrr.
Ahhhh sinus.

I find that eating certain foods usually sets my sinus off eg cheese, milk, some wheat products etc. SO you may want to look at what you either just ate before you had the sinus, or even what you ate a few hours or the night before.

Garlic and horseradish tablets usually help get rid of it, as do the pharmaceutical products.

I like a nice hot chilli (mmm nandos). Strong mint lollies don't really do too much, but you may find they help a little.

You know that little flag that appears under the user details to the left of posts? It seems to be generated automatically from the country code in the profile, but did anyone notice that 2kturkey's is an Austrian flag? I wonder if it's deliberate.
I'd say so. He has 'Austria' listed as his Country of Residence in his profile.

In Australian English "licence" is a noun and "license" is a verb. An important distinction and the kind of subtlety often lost in American English.

Therefore in this country and most of the English speaking world outside the USA, it's "driver's licence".
Hence my spelling "licese"..
