Unavailing? Is it no longer available?

On another unrelated note: Apple UNVEILED the iPad today.

That's a really unfortunate name. What's next? iPad Lite? LOL In bigger news (in my world), Oracle have made more big announcements about their acquisition of Sun.

Sun have had their own O/S for almost 30 years. It's been my (IT) bread-and-butter for the past 2 decades. It's one of the most powerful enterprise operating systems out there. Unfortunately, the past decade has seen big changes to the way organisations (esp. traditional Sun customers) use and spend on IT, and Sun arguably haven't adapted to the changes as well as some of its peers.

It's been awesome that Apple went back to UNIX with Mac OS X though, and especially since they recevied UNIX compliance for Leopard and Snow Leopard.

Anyway, back on-topic: it'll be interesting to see how Michael Schmacher goes after several years of retirement. I suspect he's still going to be extremely fast, assuming the Mercedes car is half-decent.

I guess it is unfortunate, if you happen to be obsessed with womens sanitary products. However for the adults amongst us I think it's quite acceptable.
