Default Just read "Packer's Lunch"

I am almost finished reading Packer's Lunch and I can help but feel totally disgusted about the way these people behave themselves.

I sincerely hope not all people in positions of power are such bastards but I won't hold my breath.

- Tax evasion
- Insider trading
- Not paying off loans
- Market manipulation
- Self appointed blue bloods for whom only a few are 'worthy' of living in the same suburb as them
- The never ending quest for that deal/scheme/scam that will make them money despite it being obvious that there are only a few who benefit.

To be fair the book didn't talk about Packer in a direct sense. It is mostly about people that do deals with him. Not that he is a saint....

Cashie - have you read "The Wolf Of Wall Street"? Story of Jordan Belfort, a young stockbroker who made massive millions by forcing stock market prices through his brokerage, and blew all his money on drugs and hookers.
I'm gonna have to pickup a copy of this book you're talking about.
