I am buying a house and to raise funds, my silver 2001 is for sale in Perth if anyone is interested.

Its had a brand new 055 clutch, new driver side seatbelt (old one was frayed), diff oil/tanny oil, new Honda plugs. Rear screen is good. Driver side carpet is a bit worn. Its got non-stock Yoko's ties (good tread), drives perfect.

65,000 km's, stamped service books. All stock.

looking for $36,250 firm. Insurance valued at $42,000.

An offer is not legally binding until it is accepted, and a deposit is paid or a deed (not just a contract) is signed. Thus an 'offer' can be withdrawn without consequence at any time up until one of those things happens.

Check that out and read the rules for selling on the forum and you'll find that you have to be a member to sell here which is why I have to lock this thread and I'll be binning it once you've had a chance to read this.
