was the rear bar a direct fit?

yeah i agree with ECS, it looks odd without dual exhausts.

Its better than stock but i think if your gonna go for a kit get something different like cwest style or something. You might of found by time you purchased the bar, and if you had to spray it red too you could of got an aftermarket item for the same $$$.

yeh glass rear window is on my list of things to get!

as far as i know the rear bar is a direct fit...i parked next to a 99 model yesterday and i reckon the new bars look heaps better...i have a c-west replica front bar in my garage but decided not to go with it...

I got the front and rear bars for $400 each...they were 2nd hand but had only been on the previous car for 3 days...and then painting and fitting on top of that!

Looks unreal, well done.

On a side note, watch that exhaust, my old single got a bit too close to the rear bar and melted it abit. From the pics looks like it may be a little close. (or it could just be the angle of the pic??)

hmm i think it might be the angle of the pic, see the 1st pic, the exhaust is about 3-4cm away from the bumper...but yeah i was a bit weary but so far so good.

Yeh i was very lucky to get these bars for a reasonable price thanks to "kido"
